County Bids & Notices

All bids must be on file with the Pawnee County Clerk at the hour and date set in the bid details.

Bids shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope addressed to the Pawnee County Clerk’s Office and shall bear:

1. a legible notation that it is a sealed bid
2. the bid number
3. the bid closing date
4. Envelopes must have the name and address of the bidders inserted in the upper left-hand corner.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MAIL: US MAIL, FED EX AND UPS, ARE ALL DELIVERED IN OUR OFFICE AFTER 11:00 AM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

The bids shall be in strict conformity with the instructions to bidders and shall be submitted on the bid blanks furnished by Pawnee County. Quotations must be typewritten or written in ink and corrections must be initialed.

IMPORTANT: The non-collusion affidavit on the back of the Invitation to Bid form must be completed by the bidder and his/her signature notarized.

The items listed herein are to be used as a guide for the bidder’s agreement to sell and shall not be considered as the County’s agreement to buy.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
