The Pawnee County Court Clerk is responsible for recording, filing, and maintaining all court-related records for the District Court. Our office processes various case filings, collects court fees, and provides access to public records.

Filing Fees: All required fees must be paid at the time of filing. Please call our office at (918) 762-2547 to confirm current fees.
Minister Licenses: Minister licenses no longer need to be registered with the Court Clerk’s office.
Returned Payments: If a payment is canceled or stopped, a $35 fee will be added to the case.

Pursuant to HB1091, effective November 1, 2019, a $10.00 preservation fee will be added to all new civil filings in the Court Clerk’s office in Oklahoma.

There will be a $1.00 per page fee for copies. $.50 for certification.
